Ocean Hunter III is specially designed for divers by divers and is the newest addition to the Ocean Hunter fleet, having started operating in April 2008; she is the most luxurious liveaboard in Palau. This former Australian 96 foot long by 26 foot beam research vessel spends its days exploring the waters of Palau and spends a few special weeks a year headed to Yap diving the outer Islands of Yap and Palau and will lead trips to remote destinations in the Western Pacific.

Ocean Hunter lll accommodates 16 divers. It has a large main deck with saloon, galley and big dive deck. She is designed for professional underwater photography, TV and Film production, with a sizeable working area, 110, 220 and 415 volt electrical outlets and extra storage space. She offers powerful PCs for movie and video editing with download, email and CD burning services.

On Ocean Hunter III, not only will you be diving all the world-famous spots of Palau such as the fabled Blue Corner, but also further afield.
The crew will use their knowledge and experience to bring you to the right dive site at the right moment. Diving off the Ocean Hunter III means you get personal attention, after giving you a briefing at least one dive master will enter the water with you on every dive to guide, guard and assist.

Reefs without a crowd, easy entry into the water and a maximum bottom time instead of waiting for many other divers to surface. Night dives are offered every night. Climb right back onto the boat when your dive is over and enjoy a warm freshwater shower. Nitrox tanks and certification are available onboard.
